Doors Plymouth

I would like to thank you all for a brilliant service you have provided from start to finish! We are very happy with the windows and back door. They look amazing. A special thanks to Tom, who did a fantastic job. He is such a lovely guy. Very trustworthy and good at his job!! We will definitely be using your company again and will recommend you to friends and family.

We’ve used Ace several times – in 2019 to replace our front and back doors, in 2020 to convert a window into a large glass door, and in 2025 to replace 10 old windows with UPVC sash windows. In each instance, Ace has provided us with informative advice & options, detailed quotes, a reliable, professional & friendly service and great windows/doors. In one instance, there was a manufacturing problem (not Ace’s fault), and they kept us informed of the progress to fix it and even brought us flowers to say sorry for the inconvenience. The quotes we’ve received from Ace have been comparable but slightly higher when compared to other companies in the local area, but the quality of the product and the service they provide is more than enough to justify the difference. We will always choose to use them if we can; hence, when we had essentially the whole house done, they were our first and only choice. Highly recommended.

We have just had a new front door installed by Ace Double Glazing, and we are totally thrilled with the quality and installation the company have supplied. The whole procedure, from choosing the door to being fitted, was straightforward, and the company kept us informed at all times.

I had 3 quotes in Total. They answered all my questions, and the windows were fitted in a timely manner to a great standard. No redecoration needed afterwards. Good man, Luke. Have recommended them to a friend already.

Over the last few years, you have replaced the bay window, kitchen/ conservatory door and glass panels in the conservatory. I’ve now had the downstairs windows replaced. Excellent job; you work hard all day, are professional and clean up afterwards. The office staff keep you informed, and I cannot fault them. Saving now for the upstairs windows to be replaced.

Excellent service from first contact until the windows and doors were fitted. Highly recommend.

A couple of months ago I had a new bathroom window fitted, and I was so impressed by the quality and the professionalism that I saved up to get my patio doors done, as they were letting in huge amounts of draft (think curtains blowing!). The guys came out and again did another excellent job. I’m now saving for the rest of the house to be done. Thank you!

First-class service from start to finish…Definitely recommend ACE WINDOWS AND DOORS. The composite door is great quality; Luke fitted the door (good guy).

It goes like this. Initial survey, quote, deposit, fitting, invoice.
The whole thing took about two weeks both times.
The work is good. No problems with the windows they fitted so far. The first one was a couple of years ago.
No surprise costs, no pushing; it was quite exact and professional.

Had the whole house fitted with new doors and windows. Friendly and professional service from start to finish. We were kept informed all the way. Great quality product and a very efficient fitter (Matt). Everything looks smart, well fitted, no more draughts and a lot more secure. Would highly recommend.

Could you please pass on our thanks to your whole team, who have been excellent; customer service is second to none!!!! The gentlemen who fitted our door today are an absolute credit to your company, and they have done a super job of fitting the door and tidying up. They were prompt, courteous and on time.

Can’t fault them. Product was great. Team was great. Acoustic glass is brilliant; so much quieter!

Realise that this is another Peacock Blue door. But it is a lovely colour.

Our new patio doors are every bit as good as we hoped they would be. Sam and Chris have just finished, and they’ve done a brilliant job. They were friendly, efficient and professional. The new door looks great, and every bit of the old one was removed without a trace. And Sam and Chris made sure everything was clean and tidy before they drove away.

Thank you for such fab service from initial contact right through to fitting. Great communication from Carla at all times during the process, and nothing too much trouble. So pleased with our door, the fitting and the quality of the product advised. If we require any windows or doors in future, we will use Ace with complete confidence.

Excellent service from start to finish. So impressed with the professional, no-hassle service; informed of the process throughout. The two gentlemen who fitted were so polite and cleaned up on completion. Windows look lovely. I would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you so much.

Very professional company; treated so well by all members of staff, and the job itself is outstanding. Completed to a very high standard; clean and tidy. No complaints here.

What a lovely pair of gents who turned up to do my back door. Very neat in their work and tidied up afterwards. Very professional; I would highly recommend them.

Many thanks, Ace. We are so pleased with our two new exterior doors. From start to finish, it has been a very professional and courteous service.

I can’t recommend this company enough, from the moment I made an online enquiry to the measuring, quote and fitting. Ace Double Glazing were professional and friendly. They provided a quote and updates on the process; the surveyors and fitter were courteous, they cleaned up the little mess they made and were on time.

We’ve just had windows and french doors supplied and installed by Ace Double Glazing, who were fantastic throughout the whole process, from initial enquiry through to the final installation. Ace Double Glazing is a very friendly team who do their utmost to help, and we would certainly recommend them.

These guys were brilliant. I called them out, and they were honest and provided much-needed information without charging me anything. They gave good advice on what to do about my broken sealed windows and about warranties and dates.

I have no hesitation in recommending this firm for their non-aggressive sales approach. They even tell you ways to save money. Their high-quality products and first-rate workmanship make recommending this company easy.

We received an excellent delivery from start to finish. Easy to get hold of, turned up on time, quoted competitively, delivered on time, and genuinely seemed to care about their service. How often can you say that about tradesmen??

Ace Double Glazing fitted four new windows and a new door for me. They turned up on time, did an excellent job, cleared up after they had finished, and took the old windows and door away with them. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service from the whole team at Ace Double Glazing. Our fitters, Paul and Matt, did a great job; would recommend to anyone considering having replacement doors and windows.
Thanks from Sue & Phil.

Just had all my windows replaced with Ace Double Glazing. From top to bottom, the quality and the way the work was carried out were exceptional. I would recommend any friends and family to use them for any work! I will not hesitate to use them again! Very happy with all the work and at a very fair price too.

Excellent job, fair price, good quality and no BS like some of the other companies. Clean and efficient fitting. Very friendly and helpful at all times. Have recommended to friends and would use again. Went for a peacock blue solidor door and absolutely love the style and quality. Excuse the door surround in the pics, as I still need to paint it once the weather allows. Proper job all round!

Experienced, knowledgeable staff, competitive prices, excellent products and superb installers who went out of their way to deliver a very high standard of work. Thoroughly recommended.
