We’ve used Ace several times – in 2019 to replace our front and back doors, in 2020 to convert a window into a large glass door, and in 2025 to replace 10 old windows with UPVC sash windows. In each instance, Ace has provided us with informative advice & options, detailed quotes, a reliable, professional & friendly service and great windows/doors. In one instance, there was a manufacturing problem (not Ace’s fault), and they kept us informed of the progress to fix it and even brought us flowers to say sorry for the inconvenience. The quotes we’ve received from Ace have been comparable but slightly higher when compared to other companies in the local area, but the quality of the product and the service they provide is more than enough to justify the difference. We will always choose to use them if we can; hence, when we had essentially the whole house done, they were our first and only choice. Highly recommended.

We have just had a new front door installed by Ace Double Glazing, and we are totally thrilled with the quality and installation the company have supplied. The whole procedure, from choosing the door to being fitted, was straightforward, and the company kept us informed at all times.

I had 3 quotes in Total. They answered all my questions, and the windows were fitted in a timely manner to a great standard. No redecoration needed afterwards. Good man, Luke. Have recommended them to a friend already.

Over the last few years, you have replaced the bay window, kitchen/ conservatory door and glass panels in the conservatory. I’ve now had the downstairs windows replaced. Excellent job; you work hard all day, are professional and clean up afterwards. The office staff keep you informed, and I cannot fault them. Saving now for the upstairs windows to be replaced.

A couple of months ago I had a new bathroom window fitted, and I was so impressed by the quality and the professionalism that I saved up to get my patio doors done, as they were letting in huge amounts of draft (think curtains blowing!). It goes like this. Initial survey, quote, deposit, fitting, invoice.
The whole thing took about two weeks both times.
The work is good. No problems with the windows they fitted so far. The first one was a couple of years ago.
No surprise costs, no pushing; it was quite exact and professional.
