We’ve used Ace several times – in 2019 to replace our front and back doors, in 2020 to convert a window into a large glass door, and in 2025 to replace 10 old windows with UPVC sash windows. In each instance, Ace has provided us with informative advice & options, detailed quotes, a reliable, professional & friendly service and great windows/doors. In one instance, there was a manufacturing problem (not Ace’s fault), and they kept us informed of the progress to fix it and even brought us flowers to say sorry for the inconvenience. The quotes we’ve received from Ace have been comparable but slightly higher when compared to other companies in the local area, but the quality of the product and the service they provide is more than enough to justify the difference.
